How should I wash my Amundsen products?

Each garment has a label on the inside of the product showing how to wash it. To take care of the product in the best possible way, we recommend that you follow the instructions carefully. Products washed outside the washing instructions are not covered by the guarantee.

However, if your favorite has picked up some mud, dirt, or snow, but is new/recently treated, we encourage you to test with a wet cloth or soft sponge first to see if it does the job

Shipping

Do I have to pay customs or taxes?

All orders are shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid). This means that the costs of customs and taxes are included in the price you see during checkout. You will not receive any additional customs or taxes after you have placed your order.

*USA Customers: Due to American import requirements, DHL may send you an email requesting your social security number in order to import shipments over 800 USD. This is standard procedure and as the importer, you will need to input this information to receive your shipment.

How can I track my package?

As soon as your package has been shipped, you will receive a message that it is on its way. You will also receive a tracking number that allows you to track your package at any time

What does the delivery costs?

We have free shipping over 2000NOK/200USD/200EUR, and the package is delivered free of charge. Orders under 2000NOK/200USD/200EUR will be charged with 100NOK/10USD/10EUR.

Can i change my order after it has been placed?

At Amundsen Sports, we work very hard with our warehouse to ship your order as quickly as possible

Given this, we cannot cancel orders once they have been received. Once an order has passed through our checkout system, you will need to file a return so we can refund your purchase.

The same is true for changes to your order. If you’ve ordered the wrong product/color/quantity, you can initiate a return after the delivery has been made. In the meantime, you can place a new order for the correct item(s). Note: You must have received the order to initiating a return.

I have not received confirmation of my order, what shall I do?

There are some common reasons why you may not receive your order confirmation. Your email address might be misspelled, the order confirmation is in your spam folder or the order has not yet been processed in our system. If you have not received anything within 24 hours, please contact our customer service.

How will my package be delivered?
  • Norway: Your parcel(s) will be delivered to your nearest post office (Posten/Bring).

  • Rest of the World: Your parcel(s) will be delivered with DHL. DHL will contact you ahead of delivery and you can choose pickup at a DHL service point, home delivery or other alternatives.

What payment options do you have?
  • Norway: Visa, Mastercard, Klarna or Vipps.

  • Rest of the world: Visa, Mastercard or American Express

Can I return an item purchased in a physical store?

Unfortunately, items can only be returned in person at one of our three brand stores—Oslo, Boulder, or New York. Otherwise, you must ship the item(s) back to us and register your return.

How can i return an item?

  • Norway and Europe: Use the pre-printed return label that was included in the package.

  • US, UK, and Rest of the World: Print out the return label which is sent to your email address after you have completed the return form.

Please make sure of the following criteria have been met:

  • The return is initiated within 30 days of your order date.

  • The product is unused and undamaged.

  • All labels/tags are still attached to the product.

What is the deadline for returning a product?

We have a 30-day open purchase period. We only accept products purchased directly from amundsensports.com. If you have purchased an item from one of our retailers, you can contact them directly for returns, exchanges, and claims.

What is the return fee?

If you wish to return your product Amundsen Sports will deduct 10 USD / 10 EUR /100NOK from your payment to cover some of the shipping and handling costs.

How long does it take to get a refund after a return?

If you find yourself waiting for your refund please remember the following:

  • Returns typically arrive at our warehouse facilities 8-12 business days after shipping. Our warehouses will at this point require 1-3 business days to process your return and to make sure all the return criteria is met.

  • At this point, please allow 4-10 business days for the reimbursement to be transferred back to your account.

  • The amount will automatically be refunded to the same card you used when placing the order.

  • If you haven’t heard from us (or received the credit memo”) within 14 business days after you initiated your return, please send us a message.

Can I change from one product to another?

You can change size and color within the same style. If you want to change from one product to another, you can return the original order and place a new order for your desired product.
